By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted and being processed.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in Euro and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times, shipping costs, and delivery estimates are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

5. Returns & Cancellations

EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. For full details, please read our Refunds & Returns Policy.

6. Warranty

Our 30-day limited warranty covers breakage due to craftsmanship issues. This does not apply to general wear and tear, improper use, or second replacements.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products. All items should be handled and worn with care.
