Refunds, Returns & Warranty

At Barbara Anne, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade jewelry. While all sales are final, we want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with us.

 

30-Day Warranty

All jewelry comes with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your piece breaks due to a fault in craftsmanship or materials within that time, we’ll happily send you a one-time free replacement.

This warranty covers:

  • Broken chains or clasps
  • Detached components

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from perfumes, improper care, or accidents
  • Loss or theft

Note: The warranty applies only once per item and does not extend to the replacement.

📦 Order Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work with you to make it right.

 

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local postal carrier.

 

🔄 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your piece may already be in production and cannot be canceled.


💭 Changed Your Mind? You Have 14 Days

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at barbaranne.jewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Ship the item back to us within another 14 days, in unused and original condition.
  3. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ This policy does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned used or damaged
