1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final—but we offer a 30-day warranty for breakage. If you have an issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help. Check our Refund Policy for more details.

 

2. I’m in the EU. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes! EU customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is not personalized, used, or excluded for hygiene reasons (like earrings). Just email us within 14 days of delivery to start the return process. Check our Return Policy for more details.

 

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 2-4 business days, then shipped with your selected delivery method. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Check our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

 

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your jewelry may already be in production and cannot be canceled or changed.

 

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly make it right.

 

7. What if my jewelry breaks?

We offer a 30-day limited warranty for breakage due to craftsmanship. We’ll replace your item once at no cost. After 30 days, or for repeat issues, contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Check our Warranty Policy for more details.

 

8. Do you offer custom orders or personalization?

Yes ! Custom orders may take a bit longer and are final sale. You can contact us via email or Instagram to discuss a custom piece.

 

9. How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry dry and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store in a dry place to preserve shine and prevent tarnishing. 

 

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

Yes ! — You can add a gift note at checkout. Let us know if it’s a gift—we’ll package it beautifully and leave out the receipt.
